Here at Le Due Torri, making wine means doing it with passion, feeling and the meticulous care of the craftsman. From the harvest of the grapes to the winemaking processes, manual work is central to our production processes: as our fathers taught us, but with the conscience and science of modern oenology – because what we want is to reinvigorate and renew a tradition of making wine that we deeply respect.

Our family has always been very attentive to the needs and requests of its admirers. For this reason, it sensitively respects the problems linked to ecology and the protection of biodiversity, but also to nutritional needs, making each of its Prosecco perfect for every lifestyle and diet.

Vegan Friendly Prosecco

Prosecco are generally divided according to the dosage. The Extra Brut category, also known as "Zero Dosage", is characterized by an extremely low, if not absent, sugar content. The calorie intake is very low, without compromising the excellent taste of this fresh Prosecco.

We at Le Due Torri are down-to-earth winemakers with a clear winemaking philosophy. We practice and honour the wine making traditions of the Friulian region, coupling this with the desire to experiment, driven by the constant pursuit for innovative, best exemplary methods of improved quality in the broader context of international enology. Our wines are characterised by the Friulian winemaking tradition, redefined by a unique and personal touch, thanks to the meticulous work done in the vineyard and research of the latest techniques in this field.

Ermanno

Winemaker by choice and passion

After ten years spent at sea as chief engineer and subsea engineer, Ermanno decided to get back into the game, becoming part of the wine entrepreneurs: respecting the history of a world that has always fascinated him, but without the fear of change and experience the new. At the heart of the project, two clear and strong principles: reflect modernity, referring to tradition; be international, but with solid roots in the territory.
